The rebuild separates recovered historical material from assets that are cleared for publication. Possession of a legacy file is not treated as proof of a license.
What the site may own or license
Original site text, code, diagrams, and specifically commissioned or licensed media may be protected. Vehicle brand names, third-party screenshots, review text, badges, and externally supplied images remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
A source and license inventory is required before an image or video is published. Research references are not automatically publication assets, and a file recovered from an old site is quarantined when provenance cannot be established.
What to include in a report
Identify the copyrighted work or other protected material, provide the exact autosportnw.com URL, point to the specific text or media at issue, describe the requested action, and explain your authority to make the request.
Include a reliable contact method and any public source, registration, original file, publication history, license record, or other evidence that helps distinguish the protected work. Do not send unrelated identity documents or confidential credentials.
Review process
A report should be logged, the referenced page preserved for review, and the available provenance checked. Material may be temporarily restricted while a credible claim is evaluated. The review should also consider whether a license, permission, quotation, attribution, or other lawful basis applies.
When a claim is supported, the response may include removal, replacement, attribution correction, access restriction, or another proportionate action. When evidence is incomplete, the reviewer may request the missing information instead of guessing ownership.
No unsupported formal process

A verified submission channel and responsible party must be added before production launch. The channel should be suitable for preserving the report, evidence, decision, and communication history.
Good-faith submissions
Reports should be accurate and made in good faith. A takedown request should not be used to suppress criticism, remove facts merely because they are inconvenient, or claim ownership of material the sender does not control.
Factual inaccuracies that do not concern ownership should be submitted through the corrections process. Privacy concerns should identify the personal information and explain why removal or restriction is requested.
